The tower of the Oleviste Church in Tallinn, Estonia.

When completed around year 1500, this was probably the tallest structure in the world (159 meters). The present tower (last renovated in 1931) is "only" 123 meters high.

The photo was taken on film in 1995 and scanned in 1996. As such, it is probably among the earliest photos posted onto the internet. Scanners were rare and bandwidth small, so posting photos at that time was not easy nor common.
